Hayley and Dan held their wedding in Forsyth Park, followed by a reception at the Mansion on Forsyth. These are two of Savannah’s most tried and true locations for romance and celebration, and they worked perfectly for this couple’s classically elegant style. The outdoor ceremony was soft and romantic. Delicately colored flowers were held in bouquets and filled the gold colored mercury glasses that lined the aisle. White folding chairs and flower petals led up to the Forsyth fountain, which served as the perfect backdrop for the couple’s vows.
Following the ceremony, the reception at the Mansion featured classic elements of glamour, with golden chairs, candle holders, and lanterns. In keeping with these soft, traditional, and glam vibes, the wedding party wore slate blue bridesmaids dresses and traditional black tuxes. Traditional flowers – hydrangeas, tulips, and a variety of roses, brought a delicate sophistication to the traditionally formal event.
