Vibe: Warm, Golden, Festive
Alice and Patrick’s wedding exuded a warm, festive glow, perfect for the holidays. The couple’s choice of decor, flowers, and general styling made good use of their early December wedding date. While there was no snow at their venue in Okatie South Carolina, matching bridesmaids flannels, tons of tapered candles, and the use of reflective materials brought to life a warm, cozy vibe that was also completely luxe. The use of dense, cool-toned flowers created a bouquet that was both colorful and wintry. Spray roses and brunia berries offered saturated color in silvery and rose tones that offset the dominant golds and shimmering whites of the event. Abundant use of greenery with white flowers – both on the tables and in Alice’s floral crown, added to this elegant, winter-time aesthetic. All of this styling was pulled together perfectly by the stately, grand structure of the Oldefield River Club.
