Vibe: Glam, Traditional, Romantic
Haydee and Rady’s wedding takes all the facets of a traditional wedding and moves them in the direction of glam. The wedding starts at Forsyth Park and proceeds to the Mansion on Forsyth. In the traditional romance of the daytime events, we can see hints of the glamour and glitz that dominate the reception. In the park, opulent textures are added to natural elements and the traditional white and blush color scheme mixes with shimmering silvers and golds. Eventually, glamour reaches its height at the reception. There, floral arrangements sit atop chalices and candelabras, bringing softness to an otherwise all-out glam event.
The maid of honor’s gold dress brings glitz to the daytime ceremony.
Many of the same flowers used during the outdoor ceremony reappear at the indoor reception, but the effect they have is fully transformed by their environment. The wedding features full, round flowers – hydrangeas, peonies, roses, and ranunculus. The voluptuousness of these blooms easily transition from daytime romantic to evening glam. In both spaces, hydrangeas bring a lush fullness to the table arrangements, while the pink and white peonies featured in the bouquets give way to blush colored roses and ranunculus at the reception. In all cases, sumptuous shapes and subtle color variations produce a feeling of sensual abundance.
